2 1/2 hours to fill a prescription is ridiculous. While the pharmacists are always very nice, they are obviously undermanned. Hire more pharmacists.
Worst Walgreens ever. Especially the pharmacy. They NEVER know what they're doing. They take FOREVER to fill prescriptions and they ignore their customers and keep them on hold for a good 45 minutes when they aren't even busy. Horrible customer service on top of that. And today I spent 20 minutes at the window when I specifically called and asked if my prescription was ready and was told yes and then they told me it was a different price ($200 more difference) after I was told THREE times another price.
