This is a horrible Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Manager Brandy is even worse! She tried to play doctor with a prescription written by a licensed physician. She wanted my doctor to stop what he was doing and call her 4 different times. This was in retaliation for me filing a complaint against her with Walgreens customer service. Get more employees and a knowledgeable pharmacist. Refused to give me a pneumonia shot because of my age. My pulmonologist recommended one because of my health. I guess she knows more than the doctor.
Horrible pharmacy. Never the same people and they don’t know what their doing! I am switching to a different pharmacy. I have very low BP until I have to go to This location!
They are quick to decide that your Dr doesn’t know what’s best for you. I’ve witnessed it multiple times. It’s sad really, because it isn’t their place to make that call, and ill people need their medicine.
Very inconvenient, you drop off your RX, told a time to come back, come back just to be told they are all out. Could have said something when I spoke to them or CALLED me when they found out. Instead of having me wait with a sick and hurting 6 year old. Inconsiderate! We will be switching to a different PHARMACY. Also I could understand if this was the 1st time it's happened.
