The waiting is horrible!! Was in line for a while and the man behind me coughing up a lung... Help!!😳
I have been in drive thru line for over 30 minutes they fill in people's prescriptions while they wait in this line very frustrated
Needs up graded paper work system and hire more help ! Needs training system !
Been sitting in line for a while now. Did it the right way & called in. Now sitting behind a white van who turned in ther prescription and turned off the motor and just waited. So IM the one just sitting behind them. Not like it used to be. It was efficient and friendly. Now whoever is running is ruining it.
One star is generous. Dropped off prescriptions and was told 45 minutes. 5 1/2 hours later they still aren't done. Now they are saying it will be another 20 minutes. Just complained to the pharmacy manager but it has done good either.
35 minutes of sitting in line to pick up a prescription in the drive thru and am STILL waiting. Sick kid in the car and can't go in. Ridiculous.
The pharmacy is horrible! I only stay because it's 24 hours and I have a hectic schedule. Delay after delay, lost faxes, understaffed, texts saying meds are ready so i drive 30 miles to find out its not ready, and I could go on and on! My daughters doctor actually filed a complaint on the pharmacy! Not good in our book at all. But trapped because they are the only ones open all the time. Quit being uptight and hire additional pharmacy techs! Waited tonight over 30 minutes on a 2 lane drive thru. Sad. Just sad and rediculous ... read more
I dropped off our prescriptions for my child at 1205. I was told 45mins. I came back 1 hr later and it wasn't done. Drove my truck around to the drive thru and they said another 15 mins. 30 mins later I was told to get out of the drive thru because it was another 5-10 mins. In-line for 15 mins and finally got my prescriptions. Never again will I fill medicines here.
This location has the worst customer service ever. I was here at 4PM and was told that they are working on gpa's rx right now. I was told "just give us 15 min." I came back at 7:40 PM and was told "they are working on it right now...just give us 10 min." Now they came back and said "I'm sorry but we are out of this medicine." REALLY.... how can you be working on it right now if you don't have any???? We will be transferring all of our families prescriptions in the morning!
