Today we waited over 30 minutes for the cashier to ring up 2 vaccines and give to pharmacist. She kept second guessing everything and asking everyone else advice. Then waiting on someone else. Hope he got the right vaccines. They need a better cashier in pharmacy.
I’ve already transferred my prescriptions to CVS due to their long lines and taking forever. But NOW I went in with my husband and got snacks and he also wanted cigarettes. Both my husband and I are 38 and he is still prepared to show an ID because they ID’d the 90 year old in front of us. But then the cashier wanted MY ID!! I told him I don’t smoke and am not purchasing them, they would not sell the cigarettes! ALWAYS LATE ON THE MEDS I HAVE TO TAKE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. ITS ALWAYS A HASSLE EVERY MONTH. Insurance doesn’t cover them, I’m paying out of pocket. The least you could do is have them ready for me. But no y’all always a week late and now my lab work is going to be all screwed up. Thanks for nothing
Pharmacy needs training . Wait in line even using express pay while they wait on walk ins . If I go to trouble to order and pay online and stand in line to pick up prescription then what’s the sense .
Better customer service. I've tried 3 times today to pick up a script, but each time it's being "processed". Don't know what that means and they can't tell me either. This was the last chance for this store. When it's refill time, I'm going somewhere else.
But not for prescriptions they text and said it was ready I drove over 12 miles back to town to pick it up it was only enough for 1 week rather than the 3 months
Worst Walgreens EVER! Will use other Walgreens, but will not be back to this pharmacy. Several bad experiences here. Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Have never gotten prescriptions in less than 4 hours from being called in by a doctor. They will give you a time that it will be ready, but it never is. There are other options in town and I will use any of them before here.
