This is a Walgreens pharmacy nothing more, the staff is friendly and the pharmacist is very good. The only issue is the Walgreens stocking and point of sale is so bad we have moved our needs to another pharmacy
I will be switching pharmacies this pharmacy never has medication’s ready, some of the personal working at the drive thru are rude and have an ugly attitude.
I’ve honestly been considering switching pharmacies for the past few months because I’ve been so annoyed with them for various reasons, but I went in to check on a prescription today that I ordered the day before and kept calling about because it continuously wasn’t ready. This change over has been ridiculous. They lost my prescription and had to call my doctor for another. Tried to refill that prescription and their automated refill system was slow with delayed responses. I almost hung up. I'm moving to CVS.
By far the worst pharmacy! Nothing but problems every month. Any forget about trying to call. Lucky if you are not waiting shorter than 30 minutes .Yet they say they have the same people as Brookshires but never, never had to wait or had these issues with Brookshires. So sad Brookshires sold out to them!
