The last two photo orders I made were both completely messed up. The most recent one, a Christmas gift, was ordered dec. 16th and was supposed to be ready that morning at 9:25. I didn’t stop by to pick it up until the 20th and was told they hadn’t gotten to it yet. It was a 1 hour photo gift and it had been 4 days. I was rudely told to come back in 2 days, they were receiving 300+ orders a day and just couldn’t keep up. The last 5 times ive dealt wit aura n she is rude n hangs up on me n everything she needs to learn haw to deal wot people i know i may have been rude to but when she says something i k ow aint rite then yez i will be ride back she needs to know how to treat people
I WORK FOR A DOCTOR. I HAVE CALLED IN PRESCRIPTIONS MYSELF. FOR THE STAFF TO SAY IT NEVER HAPPENED. I WAS THERE WHEN MY BOSS CALLED IN A MEDICINE FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO WAS VERY SICK AT THE TIME. FROM NOW ON: I will be referring patients to another pharmacy, like Key Drugs for instance. I have spoken to a manager and still no improvement. This is not acceptable. Sick children and pregnant women need their medicine!
