They can’t get out of their own way.” ALWAYS, confusion and chaos. They’ll send you messages, “your prescription is ready for pick up”. So you go to pick it up, wait in the long winding line, and poof, they’re sorry; but it couldn’t be refilled or filled period. There is one associate at the pharmacy desk that knows what he’s doing, and that is Ryan. Thanks Ryan.
The worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They dispensed me expired medication, was supposed to re-order it and apparently missed the “cut off” time so my medication didn’t arrive in a timely manner, now we are 3 days out of no meds. There was no way to contact pharmacy manager, no one at the more pharmacy knew who the district manager was. Med came in, my husband picked it up they tried to charge him he explained what happened to the technician they didn’t believe him and took the medication out of the bag. I love this Walgreens have used it for years sad the see hours have changed due to the nut jobs that show up after hours but i also show up at odd hours when emergencies come up, its always a relief to have somewhere to go for a soda and emergency meds. Tonight im a little upset at the fact that i went it the buy Vicks vapor rub can how and someone had already swapped it out for Walgreens brand which is cheaper then what i paid. They just can't get their act together with prescriptions ...long lines ....can't figure out why...very sad.
This pharmacy is very inconsistent in whether or not they carry medications that get filled every month. Their customer service is severely lacking. They had an electronic copy of a script for 30 days and still did not have it in stock. I checked to make sure it would be filled on Wednesday. They knew on Thursday it would not be. No one called to let me know. I called on Friday because I did not receive a text notification( which I am signed up for) one way or the other. The pharmacy hours keep changing. I was just there and they close at midnight I was there to pick up a prescription send there from urgent care I got there and at 1158 the windows were locked. There is a hospital in the same town as this pharmacy needs to be open 24 hours. Also there was zero customer service from the person stocking the shelves who had no name tag on.
