Went to buy Mucinex D . Was told I could not buy it from them unless I had an active prescription with them it is the state law. Sounded bogus to me, so I want across the street to CVS and told them what I was told at Walgreens and they said there is no such state law that requires an active prescription. The only stipulation is an Arkansas drivers license which I had. So I will be doing business with CVS from now on
It was a good store. But was already out of the Lysol wipes, cashier said couponers had bought them out. Imagine that.. (those that know me, know I coupon) Ladies, you need to quit hogging all the Lysol wipes and save others some. Good coupon ethics will do.
Had to get a typhoid shot for an upcoming international trip. The pharmacist and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and were able to administer the shot with no problems.
It took over an hour of me waiting for the pharmacist to call my doctor while waiting there to confirm things for my prescription. Service used to be decent here, but it's gone downhill. There were times it wasn't even busy during that time frame.
This location has the best staff of any Walgreens that I've visited from Florida to Arkansas. They all deserve raises!
The people are very rude. I got yelled at because I didn't swipe my card fast enough and I was using coupons. Three of them didn't scan and she told me to use them later even tho they were for the products I was buying. And one of the coupons she typed in and it was supposed to be for a 1.00 and she put 1 cent. Refused to sell my mom cigarettes said it was there policy because I didn't have my ID on me. Horrible place they gave extremely long waits, pharmacist are very rude and they have lost two of my prescriptions in the past two months.
horrible place, couldn't find a cane to help me walk after I fell and as I left, the assistant branch manager stopped me and told me I stole a tube of chapstick and to empty my pockets,nothing but keys and wallet! When I asked to see servailence cameras, they said they didn't have cameras " and get out before we call cops and have you arrested"!
We will NEVER do business with them again! My child is running 102 temp and they wouldn't give me her medicine because my card was not attached to her account! Are you kidding me??? She's 3!! How the heck is she going to have a card! 2nd time something like this has happened! WE. ARE.DONE! And star rating ZERO!
