Why can’t I get a price of what a prescription costs without having it refilled? I have a right to know a price before I physically fill a prescription. The person behind the counter is unfriendly and refuses just to help. What happened to transparency? Knowing the price before I give them the prescription is absurd
They never have prescriptions ready when initially told they will be. Also, I’m currently on hold with the pharmacy and have been on hold for 18 minutes and counting and haven’t spoken to one person the whole time.
They closed the window in my face after telling me it wasn’t called in however I confirmed it was called in at another place.
I’ve been through a lot the past 7 months having 3 surgeries on my leg with 2 more left to go. Every time I’ve had an issue with some medications the people in the pharmacy have always done their best to help, and I’m happy with the service they have given me. SO THANK YOU to all the team members there. Also the store is very clean, and all the other employees have been kind and helpful too!!�
