The location of where they give flu shots was cluttered and just not personal nor did it feel private. I won’t go there again.
This pharmacy is a joke. I've been waiting over four hours to get insulin and syringes filled. Not even pills that need to be counted! Then I try to use the app and it's not working and when I call the actual store, it keeps sending me to another store...in California! Wtf?! I was a pharmacy tech before I became a nurse so I know the process. There's no excuse!
I would love to know how one pharmacy could hire so many incompetent employees in one location. Be prepared for atleast a half hour wait in line here before you even get service. Not one pharmacist knows how to use the computer and they generally tend to stand there and stare at you like your the one doing something wrong. 9 times out of 10 they'll find a reason to not fill your prescription because unlike other places that aim to satisfy customers, they actually go out of their way to look for reasons not to do their job.
