The pharmacy is ridiculous. I'm required by my insurance company to use Walgreens or mail order for maintenance meds. The pharmacy is 30 min from my house. Please explain why on Earth I should have had to drive to the pharmacy on 3 separate occasions to try to get the same medicine. 1st I was told it wasnt in stock, so they were supposed to order it. 2nd I call around 10 and was told it would be on that truck and it'd be ready that afternoon. Convienent, clean and enjoyable to shop. Meds are good quality generics when ever possible. There has been walgreen pharmacies around all my 70 years. When I was 15, I remember popping a balloon to tell me the price I had to pay for banana split. Fun times.
Customer service in the pharmacy could be a little better. I guess the lady assisting me was having a bad day. We've been giving Walgreens our business for years and have always had a great experience. It only takes one person with a bad attitude to change that !
