4 hours I sat in the parking lot WITH THE FLU. Finally got filled and had to pay out of pocket just so I could go home! The line was ridiculous all 5 times I waited in it, they lost the Medicine they JUST had in their hand, then couldn’t verify my insurance when cvs had no problem two hours prior. The only reason I filled here was because CVS was out of stock and IT WILL BE THE LAST.
Right now I had to give you a 1 because 0 was not an option. Totally inept about prescription re-authorizations. Get your act together.
too long a line today in the pharmacy - with the 77 location closed and increased business with TriCare you need to have more of a staff in pharmacy. My last experience wasn't too good either - a math error on the cost of a prescription before insurance and a wait also - Please do something about this - I like to shop locally but you're making it hard for me not to just use an on line pharmacy. Thank you!
Stood in line for 30 min behind 8 people while one person ran back and fourth between the drive thru and the counter. Finally another person showed up to help. This was Saturday, mind you. All in all they did what they could but another person sure would have helped
