Absolutely hate THIS pharmacy. They don’t fill RXs very timely when needed, even with ample time before needed. And, then they AUTO refill or request 90 day supplies from my HCP without my request or need! (yes, my app is correct, I’ve confirmed it multiple times!) Unfortunately, my insurance covers Walgreens only. I doubt changing to another, very inconvenient, location would help. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
They told me my medicine would be ready in an hour yesterday. I come to pick up today and now I'm stuck here waiting because they haven't filled it yet. Never using the pharmacy again!!!!
Call in prescriptions...not ready!! They message that your prescription is ready, go to pick them up...they are not ready!! Not just once or twice, all of the time!!
Extremely slow service in the pharmacy! Need more employees working register if you have drop off and pick up in one spot!
Waited for an hour this morning for a flu shot. There was no one there ahead of me when we got there. I have never had a pleasant experience at this store. I think they don't have enough help.
I moved all my scripts (10) to CVS. People drop off and wait for scripts in the drive thru. It's totally useless. No one can ever find my scripts when I come to pick them up. I was given someone else's medicine twice. There is always a mix up, a mistake, etc. I was getting constant calls for refills from their automated system. I asked to be removed many times. I finally had to block the number. I am still getting refill reminders after I am no longer a customer.
Still the worst pharmacy in the area!! I think they let people wait 30 minutes or more on a prescription while they have a long line waiting in the drive thru!! It's stupid...tell them to come back or get back in line!!!!!
You're too slow! One person or twenty...takes 30 minutes at least to pick up prescriptions! I hate your damn store! !
