I’ve never been to a pharmacy where the pharmacist yells at me that it is TO SOON TO FILL MY PRESCRIPTION. Yes it was this Walgreens. The pharmacists first language was not English so I didn’t think I understood her correctly. So the cashier repeated what she was saying. she told me I had just refilled my prescription at Publix. your Photo Department needs to review CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have lived here 40 plus years & when the store opened it was Fantastic. We have tried to use your photo & give it many chances. We "tried to pick up THREE orders that were in our EMAIL to come pick up. Had to wait while the male was "stocking"& appeared to be angry because he had to come behind the counter & get our pictures. Waited in line on 2-15-20 at 5:50 just to move up at 5:59 behind the one car in front of me and have the gate shut in my face while the cashier just stared at me and watched it lower. I needed my medicine and I'll be moving my prescriptions. I've had it with this location. Horrible service everytime.
The worse Pharmacy experience in the world. I will never go back there. I will do without my meds before I ever go back there!
Always a long line both inside and drive thru. You guys need to remedy this issue. It is Always backed up. It is horrible.
Went to this store 3 times to pick up a refill. It took an hour and a half to get a refill ready in their "15-20 minute" window. I'm a loyal Walgreens customer, but this store was well below par. If they were expecting prescriptions to take that long, they should give a better time estimate. Will ensure I never go on vacation short on medicine again.
Worst drive thru pharmacy ever the red headed bitch named Jessica got pissy BC they closed in 15min and my badly sick three year old needed her cough medicine would never recommend Walgreens to anyone
