Moving my business to CVS. Went to drive-thru to pick up meds on Sat 2/4/17 but they were not filled out. The pharmacy tech (hispanic woman) said the orders sometimes won't go through. What good is it to have an automatic order by phone if the order isn't filled out?? And she left us at the drive-thru to help customers in the store and never returned, so we left. Rude!
How come the sale price "with card" never works? I decided it's a scam. And the cashier never knows what to do. I'm tired of it. I'll move my business to CVS. I wish I could have given you a zero.
The wait time is ridiculous for pharmacy. There's no need to wait almost 30 to 45 min in line to pick up medication whether it's inside or in the drive thru.
I love shopping here. Friendly staff and always clean.
Bought 2 different flavors of Oreo cookies today. Got home and realized one package expired in Nov of 2015, and the other expired in Jan of 2016. Tried calling to let someone know, and sat on hold for almost 10 min, only to have to hang up because no one answered the phone. Won't be shopping here anymore.
My husband went and picked up his meds yesterday. We dropped off the meds at 5pm we went to pick up meds at 8pm still were not ready. When he went to open the bag to take meds they were someone's else meds. This place is sloppy, the csr person that waited on us had his jeans passed his rear end to where his underwear was sticking out where everyone could see. The busted open a candy to eat it while we were there. Will not be going back to this Walgreens...
