Tonight I sat in the drive thru for 47 min just to pick up a refill for my dad and I ... the service is SUPER SLOW!!! Literally sat in line for 22 min before cars even moved. What is the point of a drug store being open if the pharmacy is closed. That is so freaking stupid.
Worst possible customer service. I uploaded my photos and went to pick up prints. None of them printed correctly and that isnt even what upset me! The associate told me I had not cropped them correctly so I pulled up my order and asked her to show me what was wrong with it because my order looked perfect. She blew me off completely. And its not like they were busy. There were 3 associates standing around laughing and no customers other than myself at the front needing help. My son's prescription was called in at 7:30pm I went to the store right away (it literally took maybe 2 minutes to get there) gave them his new insurance card and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes! Needless to say I didn't get it until 9:21pm I waited in the Drive through for over and hour!!! The lady in the window saw me pull up yet helped 2 people behind me before helping me!! The girl working the pharmacy drive-thru could stand some customer service training. . . I hate that she was put out having to do her job that I'm sure someone else might appreciate!
