Walgreens (this one in particular) has to be the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They gave us the wrong medication at least 3 times in the last 6 months, and this last week Friday could not fill my wife's medication (that they told her was available), and sent her on a wild goose chase to other Walgreens that did not have it either, who sent her back to brandon. Long waits for seemingly no reason at all, poor customer service, won’t call when they’re out of something and sometimes just doesn’t fill the complete order and then tries to argue with you that there was no other prescription only for them to realize they were wrong. I just waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there for them to tell me they were out of stock of my wife’s prescription that was scheduled for pick up YESTERDAY. The worst Walgreens in the area! I just waited an hour on a prescription. Finally decided to ask if it was ready and they didn’t have my prescription in stock! They never informed me of this in the hour I sat there waiting! The last time I had to ask if it was ready after waiting a while, they knew I was waiting but failed to inform me it was ready! I will never use this pharmacy again!
They were most helpful to me today and went way beyond to help me with filling my prescription. The tech Precious, definitely lived up to her name. Great pharmacy. Thank y’all again for making my visit exemplary.
If I could put less stars I would. I am currently sitting waiting on my pictures. ordered 13 online and half of them printed incorrectly. Ive been waiting 45 minutes with HORRIBLE customer service. Employee walked away ignoring me. There are 2 ladies behind the counter not doing anything. They have maybe said four things to us...
