I am a regular Walgreens customer and pick prescriptions up on a regular basis. Last night I was told my insurance declined my prescriptions and that I needed to show my new prescription card. I have no new card and after going round and round finally discovered that someone had arbitrarily changed our insurance company from Express Scripts to Caremark/Medicaid. Have never had a worse customer service experience than here...trying to get prescriptions that I have gotten monthly for 5 years at the same store...At one point was told my a manager that someone must have been trained wrong...but still couldn't fix the problem...finally gave up and went somewhere else...Walgreens has lost this monthly customer

The employee always recognize you when you come in the store. Very helpful. I enjoy shopping here. The store is well stocked. It is always clean.
My review is not good . I was a ww all in with my script the doc forgot to put a number on the script so I said I would Waite . After 1 and a half hours I went to the window and requested an update the clerk checked and the script was ready for about an hour . I asked why I was not advised and the clerk apologized and said I guess someone forgot . My time is as valuable as anyone else's and I feel like they don't appreciate their customers and treat them the way they want to be treated . I am a very unhappy customer and want... read more
The wait is ridiculous. Some of the staff is very rude.
The pharmacy staff here is terrible, the lines are always long because either they are understaffed or incompetent. It sucks that I'm forced to use them because they're open 24 hours.
