Went in this morning. Sign on the door says masks are mandatory. I don't agree with this, but I wear it. Cashier at 6:00 am? Had his mask on his chin. Security guy? No mask. Some other man, not sure what he was doing, no mask. Best part? This third, totally unmasked employee chastised me for not waiting my turn on the blue dot on the floor. Arei we kidding? If the employees aren't going to bother masking then take the sign down, take the dots off of the floor, and leave me alone.

You know what was crazy I had to go to Walgreens today. They have a sign out front stating you must where a face mask to enter. I went in with mine and to my astonishment 75% of the customers had no masks no gloves on ? No staff said anything to anyone. Then I went to the pharmacy section and two pharmacists had no masks on ? Well, I guess I am not surprised by the 2 out 5 star rating for this location. I went here years ago and switched to Deerpark Plaza, which I love! They are always professionals for helpful. My doctors office accidentally sent my prescription to this location today. I spoke to “Judy” who claimed to be the pharmacist. She kept telling me to call my regular pharmacy to have them switch it, after I explained to her about 5 times that I already called and they didn’t have it, I asked her to call. This location in Bear (1120 Pulaksi Hwy) is the WORST for pharmaceutical needs...long lines inside and drive thru (we're talking 30 minute wait MINUMUM).
Too slow and always crowded.
Worst place ever. My Rx for my sinusitis was put in around 5:00 pm I check to see the status on my Walgreens app. And it says in progress.So I call around 9:20 pm been on hold for 33 minutes and 15 seconds so ridiculous.
horrible. 5 hours for kids medication that is already in the bottle. then they lost one of the others scripts in a 15 min time frame after they said it was done and waiting. lost a long long time customer. for anyone thinking of going here meds, please go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
