They are slow as molasses. It should not take three hours to fill a prescription and when you say it will only be five more minutes 30 minutes later and it's still not done.

I have been going to Walgreens for years, but this location is so horrible I have to change. I have a regular prescription I have to take at the same time every day, except apparently when I need a refill. It either takes them a week to fill it or, the newest stunt, they call to tell me there's an issue with my insurance. Wish I could rate no stars. Staff is rude, even the management. How ancient is their pos software that they can't reprint a receipt that didn't print because the staff can't install register tape right? The manager was called to the register. When he arrived he huffed and sighed, then told me it would take a while to get me a copy of the receipt. They have to look up the transaction, blah, blah blah. So I guess I'll either drive to Park Fair or 70th and Douglas from now on.
Absolutely hate this Walgreens.... Every month I have issues with filling my sons RX. I have been going to walgreens for years and never had an issue until we started using this one. I am now no longer a walgreens customer.
