ZERO STAR RATING Walgreens’s at 1120 N Main St Summerville SC is the worst ever! I was on hold for 2 hrs just to see if medication was ready then had to wait 90 mins to be able to pick up and I waited 2 hrs and meds were still not ready was told it would be another 90 mins. There are plenty of people working the lines and they still can not get it done. Oh let’s not forget the wait time in the line to only hear your meds are not ready!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER. Called Walgreens to ask them a question about medication and they answered the phone not knowing and said look who’s next on the call line (I’m assuming they have caller ID) and said my husbands name and then proceeded to talk badly about him and make fun of his anxiety and talked about how he always calls to ask questions about medications!!! Drive thru pharmacy can be slow, but they are ALWAYS courteous!
Someone went through the drice thru and it took like 15 min. If you know your script process will be complicated, go inside!
Changing to another pharmacy.. A few bad experiences to many
Its a 24 hr pharmacy but get a script at mignight and u will find a angry pharmasist that will take 2 hrs to fill youre script, ps no one in line.
