Absolutely terrible communication from staff. Was told an alternative medicine would be sought and would receive a call back. No call, went to pharmacy to pick up original bc my child needs something vs nothing. Then a coupon given, required activation. Got kicked out of line. Then upon activation and re-entry into line, was told would take time to "fill". It was pre-made drops!!! Will NOT return!!
This is the worst pharmacy in Corpus Christi. We literally sat in line for an hour today and there were only 2 people in front of us. We would have left if we weren’t stuck between other cars. Completely ridiculous. This Walgreens really needs to get this figured out.

HORRIBLE SERVICE this morning as my daughter was attempting to get a pain med script filled. Two hours because the tech on duty at 0635 couldn't (or wouldn't) try to help establish proper contact with her doc. Meanwhile she is writhing in EXCRUCIATING PAIN. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. EVER.
Every single time I need a prescription refilled and the Dr sends it electronically you guys NEVER get it. It always becomes a huge ordeal. I initially gave y'all the benefit of the doubt but when it's several different offices sending in refills and y'all don't get it... then it's y'all. Beyond annoyed!
I've had the misfortune of needing meds filled monthly but thanks to the friendly staff in the pharmacy, they make my experience as painless as possible every time. There was a time I was driving clear across town just to avoid the hassle at other locations or other competetors. Keep up the great work.
