Pharmacy staff (particularly man with ponytail) is very rude and uncaring
I like Walgreens' choice in TEN DOLLAR reading glasses. Obviously, I like the price as well. The wire one tear up very easily, but the black ones, that are the traditional plastic hold up very well. Yesterday, after finally SITTING ON and breaking my last pair, I went for another ... then come to find out, with my card, I qualified for Buy One Pair-Get One Free! That's $5 for a pair I can't find anywhere else. THANK YOU, Walgreens!

My husband and I came in for a flu shot this morning. The man (with the ponytail) that works in the pharmacy was extremely rude. He was obviously in a bad mood. My husband and I left. This is the first time that I have ever written a complaint on FB but his attitude was uncalled for. We won't be back.
Friday I had been to 6 pharmacies trying to get a new prescription filled. No one had the strength I needed. Totally frustrated and about to cry, I went into this Walgreens and Kara saw how upset I was and called their store in Longview and they had my meds. Then she went a step further and called a coworker, Natalie that lives in Kilgore to go pick it up before she came in to work. I got my meds the same day. How awesome are these girls? This is the absolute most horrible pharmacy ever! I have been in the drive thru line (pick up only) for over 20 min and only 1 car has moved out of line. If I didn't have kids with me and my pharmacy hadn't been closed I would not be here!
