Walgreen's can improve their customer service skills and employee training in the front of the store. Assistant Manger James by far is the rudest manager I've ever dealt with.
Pharmacy techs are rude and uneducated. Routinely tells me I don’t have refills when I do. Once they actually check the computer, they see them. Pure laziness.
This is the worst and the slowest Walgreens I have ever visited. What a difference it makes to live across town! I can only imagine what the elderly have to deal with here in this location. I'm just picking up my mothers medicine which we have already waited and hour for. Come back and they saying the wait is longer. This is unacceptable! If the Walgreens across the city can fill prescriptions in 15 mins this one should be able to as well!
Rude and nasty attitudes. I stopped going to this Walgreen.
They were rude didnt care about the patients medicine. Wouldnt fill my prescription saying they had to get prior authorization went to another one and they filled it and on top of that i was discussing the situation with the lady. She just hung up in my face just very rude customer service all the round.
