I’ve been a loyal Pharmacy Customer here for 8 years and I’m about to pull my business completely. For the last three nights I have called and talked to a Pharmacist about a script my doctor sent into a different state. Night 1- Pharmacist cuts me off when I’m explaining my situation and is rude about the fact that controlled substances can’t be filled in different states. Terrible attitude. I’m sitting in the drive thru line writing who’s Bc I’ve been here for 36 mins sitting.then they tried to double charge me for a script then when I ask to get my script paper back they wrote it was filled and I could t take it anywhere else..place is terrible.go to heb.
I usually don't have many issues here, but I just sat for 10 SOLID MINUTES at the drive up window (I actually timed it) and NO ONE even looked in my direction, let alone said "sorry, please wait". I had to look around inside the see where anyone was and pushed the call button. I only pushed the button because there were, by that time, four cars behind me. Nuts y'all.
The cashier totally racist �
I had oral surgery this morning. Came to fill a prescription for pain. I have been sitting here for over one hour. Was told 25 minutes. After 40 went up and they said 5-10 minutes. Another person in line turned to another customer and wished them good luck on getting service. I'm now in pretty severe pain as I'm still waiting with no help and the employees look frustrated with an overload of work. Will be finding another pharmacy from now on.
Absolutely stunning and incompetent unprecedented unprofessional pharmacy I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. You're departure of the long time pharmacy department manager 6 months ago has left a large amount of void in her wake.
