This place is the worst pharmacy ever. Ive had several experiences like the one im dealing with today but this one finally made me write a review. I have 2 sick children, who were both prescribed antibiotics this morning. A little bit before 11 am I called to verify the prescriptions were there, they were there. Then I called at 11:48 and spoke with a human who said 20 mins. Get here at 12:30, giving them 40 mins INSTEAD of 20 and IT STILL WASNT READY!?!?! Their phone service is AWFUL. Can't speak to anyone other than a machine to figure anything out.
Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. Every single time I’ve walked in there I’ve had to wait - even if I’ve previously called to let them know to fill it. Seems very unorganized. I’ll be going elsewhere.
Disorganized and poorly managed pharmacy, rude staff, and lazy pharmacist that cannot stand at work like 99.9% of all the pharmacists in the Pittsburgh region. They automatically refilled prescriptions without my request for scripts that had multiple weeks left, then never refilled my other scripts, switched to Giant Eagle and Walgreens would not transfer any of my scripts to Giant, after calling them I decided to have my PCP call in refills, otherwise I would have been out of medications.
