Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. Every single time I’ve walked in there I’ve had to wait - even if I’ve previously called to let them know to fill it. Seems very unorganized. I’ll be going elsewhere.
Disorganized and poorly managed pharmacy, rude staff, and lazy pharmacist that cannot stand at work like 99.9% of all the pharmacists in the Pittsburgh region. They automatically refilled prescriptions without my request for scripts that had multiple weeks left, then never refilled my other scripts, switched to Giant Eagle and Walgreens would not transfer any of my scripts to Giant, after calling them I decided to have my PCP call in refills, otherwise I would have been out of medications.
I have been a customer at this Walgreens since it opened. The staff is friendly and efficient. I especially like the pharmacy manager and staff. They are excellent! I get all my prescriptions filled here.
Great store.
Pharmacy is disorganized and often makes matters more complicated than need be. Not necessarily pleasant either.
