great place to shop. i get my meds there and its off the highway
Usually there fast and friendly. But there are times that long lines and short staff makes me mad.
I normally have a good experience going to this Walgreens. However, around anywhere from 9:40 pm-10:15 pm, I go in there and I’m on a cigarette run for my boss and the people I work with. I had asked the cashier for a large number of cigarettes. When the cashier went to get them all for me, he said a snide negative comment about smokers basically. It was the rudest thing ever. If this Walgreens wasn't 24hr. I'd never come back here again. The pharmacy manager, Rochelle G., needs to retire. She was incredibly unprofessional, subjecting me to a long interrogation as to why I fill prescriptions here (I live in Austin) when my doctor is in Houston. Well, I may be young but I'm also disabled-- and I decided after I moved from Houston to Austin that my specialist of 10 years is worth the commute. No one judges you here When I'm in my old dirty raggedy torn pajamas i know I can shop here without even a second glance.
I love this Walgreen store especially when I find great items on sale... And there is one girl works early morning shift shes great polite and helpful...
These pharmacy employees have zero help and because are worked like dogs. They have little time to consult new patients or new medications. Walgreens needs to get it together with the profit over healthcare.
