I had an issue with returning an item, got in touch with the corporate office and was told in an email that I would be hearing from the store manager in 2 days...that was over a week ago and have heard NOTHING from the manager. This is beyond poor customer service. And the return policies of Walgreens are horrible. I hope Walgreens is enjoying the $35 that I should have been returned. 24 Hour Walgreens but only a 12 hr bathroom... I know where not to stop after 9pm if I need a restroom break and for some shopping I suppose.
Isn't 39th Ave. actually Cesar E. Chavez Blvd. in Portland, Oregon? Don't you feel that if a street is named after such a great man that maybe you should change the address to the proper street name of your store? By the way, you might think of changing your recording also as it still says 39th Ave. instead of the correct street name which is CESAR E. CHAVEZ BLVD. Thank you. I look forward to this change.
