This place is just going to get worse. The workplace moral just must be bottom barrel. Listening to the pharmacy interact with their clients, the errors they make, the amount of time you have to spend with your insurance to correct their mess ups. No one cares there and escalate to being aggressive when they know it is their mistake. Sorry you went to beauty school for meds to be stuck in a place you hate. Pharmacist are so rude except for the Asian lady, but I don’t know her name
Normally, everyone is very nice at the pharmacy but August 17 at 10am whoever answered the phone was beyond rude. Interrupting and not letting me respond when explaining my situation and hanging up rudely after giving the time that my prescription will be ready. I get the phones may be busy but don't treat customers that way.
I am understanding of medication delays, wait times, things that are out of people’s control, etc. However, so many things went wrong when I tried to locate and pick up my cat’s medication. They were unable to find her profile until it was escalated to a specialist as I insisted a different Walgreens did put in the script. When I went to pick it up finally, they stated that it had been left out all day (this rx requires refrigeration), and they no longer had any in stock.
