The pharmacy is the worst! Dropped prescription off at 4 they said it would be ready at 6:30 and so I went back and it still wasn't ready. I will not use this pharmacy again.
Improved lighting, new floors, new lines of make up and lots of as seen on TV items! New employees and refocus on customers is awesome!
Worst place with a drive though window, waited over 30 minutes for a prescription pick up

My dad went in to have a picture dvd made for my grandmother's funeral. He couldn't figure out how to work the kiosk. The lady in the store did ALL of it! They were all very compassionate to us on the phone and in person. Thank you
To whom it may concern, I am drove right now. I spent $40.00 on an Apple gift card to put on my child's phone, and it did not work. I understand you have a no return policy, but YOU CANNOT TAKE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS WITHOUT GIVING THEM A PRODUCT. You took our money and refuse to assist us. You are slacking at providing excellent customer service at your stores in Sulphur, LA (Beglis Parkway). Atleast if this happens with Rite Aid they refund the child his money. Shame on you for showing a kid what an awful world this can be
This pharmacy is horrible! 2 hours after meds are called in from the Pediatric Center i go to pick them up to be told they hadnt been called in. After i verify they were called in 2 hours ago they are all of a sudden "working on it, but it wont be ready for another 4 hours". So 6 hours total and me having to make 2 trips up there because i sat on hold for 24 minutes. Pathetic!
