Walgreens is the worst place to fill a prescription there is always like 7 to 10 cars in the drive-through and for some reason it takes 30 minutes to 45 minutes per a dang car to help a customer !! I literally hate Walgreens and will be changing to somewhere else!!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. First time in line: I get in the drive thru and waited for about 30 mins to pick up my sons medication. I send my ID and his insurance cards. The woman states it’s going to be $97.00. I questioned how much his insurance covered, she THEN informs me they need additional info, insurance didn’t cover any of it and that I’m holding up the line and I have to come in. -okay, I understand, I just sat in this line for 30 mins, but I went in. My husband has been waiting on his blood pressure medication for 4 days and it is still not ready. It’s blood pressure medication for goodness sake. Please tell me how that is not important!!!!!
Called was put on hold for 24+ minutes- went in person and waited a good 40 minutes just to be told they don’t have my medication in stock. Say no to 15$ minimum wage
EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE BEEN HERE THEY HAVE HAD EVERYTHING WRONG WITH MY PRESCRIPTION. AND ITS NOT BERY DIFFICULT. THEY LIE, THE LINE IS A MILE LONG EVERY TIME AS WELL. ITS POORLY MANAGED AND FULL OF LAZY WORKERS. EVEN LAST TIME. THEY TELL ME MY SCRIPT HASNT CAME YET, AND I KNEW IT HAD, I COULDNT GET THE DR TO ANSWER SO I HAD TO DRIVE THERE AND WHEN THE NURSE CALLED THEN WALGREENS MAGICALLY FINDS IT. Hell No!!! Been in line for 30 mins.!! This is freaking ridiculous. I live in Houston and you would never be allowed to sit at the window for 30 mins waiting on meds.... get it together Sulphur !!!!😡😡😡😡
Horrible! They lost my prescription two different times & even gave my prescription to someone else once! Will NEVER go back there. Just waited in line for an hour to find out they lost it again.
I don’t have insurance and use the GoodRx app to fill my prescriptions. 2 of my medications didn’t ring up on the discount on account of those two refill automatically and my other has to be dropped off. The lady who rang me refused to listen to me and insisted they all rang up on goodrx but the app says my medicine should be $11 and it rang up as $35 and the other should’ve been $11.96 and rang up as $19. That’s $40 extra that I didn’t have to pay because of the coupon I had. This store sucks.
this is the best pharmacy I've been too, said my script would be ready in 15 minutes, it was ready in 5 minutes!!!
