This place sucks period.........don't waste your time even bothering coming here!!!
This is a very busy pharmacy. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My wait time for my flu shot was less than the DR office with no clinic visit required. I have seen multiple reviews from persons that don't understand the process of filling RXs properly.
Customer service is horrible at nights. Definitely understaffed in the pharmacy department every day. N I don't like that I have to present insurance cards every single time, when usually it's saved in the system, depending on the clerk.....
I have had nothing but disappointment from this pharmacy. Dropped off 2 prescriptions at 9 am today. I was told they'd be ready in 1.5 hours. Went to pick them up at 2 pm, 1 prescription is ready, the other is not. Really? Every. Time. I. Use. This. Pharmacy. And I have to wait in line at least 30 minutes in drive thru or inside the store. The Drop off window is never open, so you have to spend 30 minutes in line just to hand them a prescription. Completely unacceptable.
