When a physician calls in a prescription and they still say they don’t have and he calls back and they then you give them over a hour to fill my husband arrives to be told no they don’t then they do but will be 20-30 minute wait!!! And Friday they couldn’t get insurance start and I had to call insurance 3 different times! This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous! If you are understaff then hire help! Or get someone who will do their job!
Some old lady working today was being rude. She has the worst customer service. Doesn’t welcome the customers or even respect them.
I called to verify my prescription was ready and was told yes however when I came in to pick it up the pharmacist told me it was my doctors job to tell me Walgreens was out of a medicine . Then the tech told me that I didn’t call and verify my prescription was ready .
I'm a huge Walgreens fan and changes to this one because we were needing to pick up medications after a surgery at the hospital - huge mistake!!! The employees working in the pharmacy were absolutely the rudest employees! The doctor called in medications at 10:30am and we were released about 12:30pm so stopped by for pick them up, nope not ready! Called about an hour later and still not ready!
