So yesterday you have me someone else’s meds in my bag. I paid for mine but didn’t get them. I got a medicine that could have harmed me if I hadn’t looked at the bottle before filling up my weekly pill box. Then the meds I need of which I cant go cold turkey on I didn’t get. I paid over a hundred dollars for meds I didn’t get and I’m out of town until the end of the week. I had tp drive to Rockwall to get an older version refilled. I’m now have someone else’s addictive drugs until I return home for you to clear up this mess.... read more

Absolutely terrible. Everytime I come here I sit in the drive through for 30+ minutes. You should not have an average of one customer every 10 minutes.... the pharmacy needs to get it together

Dropped prescriptions off, was told it would be about 2 hours and they'd be ready. I went to pick them up, and they told me they didn't contract with my insurance. Yet NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT MY SICK 3 YEAR OLD SON'S ASTHMA MEDICINE WOULDN'T BE FILLED. SO MY SON WAITED HOURS FOR RELIEF JUST TO HAVE TO WAIT LONGER AT ANOTHER PHARMACY. Will NEVER spend another penny at Walgreen's, pharmacy or otherwise.
The staff in the store front is always helpful and personable. However, a little friendliness in the pharmacy would go a long way especially when I consistently have to wait over thirty minutes each time I need to pick up a prescription.
Pharmacy is a joke! If you don't want to wait 30 minutes or more then go somewhere else!
