Yesterday morning, I went into the Walgreens to pick up some photos I desperately needed for a student who was leaving my class( I am a teacher). This was her last day. Because Walgreen's machine was not working the photos were not ready. I was told to come back at 10:30 and the pictures would be processed first . Your clinic has terrible customer service. I was waiting 2 hours and over an hour past my appointment time for the tdap vaccine. Apparently the workers took a long lunch past my appointment time and when they came back said I was a no show when I was clearly sitting right there and then when I confront them say I am pretty much lying that I wasn't there. Then after all the hassle my insurance which I called you guys to confirm was accepted all of a sudden wouldn't cover the vaccine. Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my time a... read more
I love my job there, the people I work with are like family to me. Our customers are my favorite part of my job...I have made quite a few good friends with several of our customers, I'm glad to see them each time they come into our store to shop.
