Walgreens have become so expensive I’m leaving for a cheaper company. They always have my prescriptions messed I call them in and then they text me they are ready I don’t drive or have my own transportation when I get a ride and go there my order is not ready. I’m leaving for a company who deliveres to my home.

We are a Physicians office trying to call in a prescription for a patient. We were on hold for 35 minutes, even after hitting the prompt that said “physician calling in new prescription” We held so long we used a second phone to call and leave the prescription on the voice message. But since we were calling from out of state we really wanted to talk to the pharmacy and make sure they had everything they needed from us. mold on ceiling. very unhealthy place. poor customer service in the pharmacy. waited 3 times over 20 minutes for them to call me up to say they didn't have what I needed. seen one worker punch the cash register 3 times because of his fault. never gone back.

Walgreens pharmacy needs work! The pharmacist wanted to argue with me regarding my insurance, telling me ID number changed! No it didn’t the number had not changed 4 years! Bottom line, he should not argue with patients! I work in Insurance, I think I know what I’m talking about. �

Do not even bother going to the walk in clinic here. Go to urgent care at baptist, they will actually take care of you. I have had two horrible experiences with this walk in, we will never be back!

Visited to pick up allergy medicine for an allergic reaction. Got to the checkout & the employee continued to fold shirts. We stood there as she slowly walked to the counter, refused to look up, didn't say a word, picked & bit her fingers..all while my daughter & I stood there looking at her. She slowly scanned our things, with no smile. It was a little awkward, like we ruined her day & it was 630 in the morning. Great customer service, Shannon!
