they could greatly improve their customer service. my friend, who is bipolar, regularly gets his prescriptions mixed up by you, stressing him greatly. he does not need this in his life. how about becoming more competent?
The cashier that "helped" me yesterday evening was more interested in who was going to relieve her for her break then checking out my purchase. Did NOT greet me, took a while to press whatever she needed to so that I could slide my cc to pay, then proceeded to complete my purchase THEN ask me if I needed a bag. When I replied "yes", had the NERVE to say, "ohhh I forgot to charge you", and was gonna act like she was going to charge me. Please BEWARE of this "Pharmacist" AZAR SHAMS at the walgreens pharmacy in Vallejo off of Redwood Street. This woman is extremely rude and unprofessional. She called me and my family member "stupid" and made rude comments about the health care professional that called my prescription in. She made gestures at me with her hands while yelling at me. Her level of professionalism is appalling and inexcusable! She does not need to be a Pharmacist!
As a paying customer. I don't ask for much. So when I ask to use the restrooms. Telling me it's close is not what I want to hear. What I should of said is. So if employees need to use the restrooms where do you go. There's a proper way of replying and that wasn't it. Then again associate looks like she barely graduated from high school. At least she has a diploma

I just had my personal data held hostage (name, address, date of birth AND driver's license number) while making a CASH purchase. When I confronted management about such an outright dangerous (hacking) as well as shady (data mining) practice, I was told it was for my protection against scams?!? Corporate will be chatting with me. I'm beyond disgusted.
