Walgreens Pharmacy in Downey is by far the worst pharmacy my family & I have had to deal with. We're actively looking for a different pharmacy to go to because it's enfuriating to deal with them. Poor customer service; they're not paying attention to what they're doing. Today they almost gave me someone else's meds. Also they often get prescriptions incorrectly. Today I had 5 confirmed sent by the Dr but only supposedly received 3 only to find they did receive all 5. I had to wait almost an hour for prescriptions. This is no... read more
They did not want to give me my prescription and lied to me saying they didn't see it because they were about to close in a few minutes. Very unhelpful.
