Walgreens Pharmacy in Downey is by far the worst pharmacy my family & I have had to deal with. We're actively looking for a different pharmacy to go to because it's enfuriating to deal with them. Poor customer service; they're not paying attention to what they're doing. Today they almost gave me someone else's meds. Also they often get prescriptions incorrectly. They did not want to give me my prescription and lied to me saying they didn't see it because they were about to close in a few minutes. Very unhelpful.

takes forever for Rx to come in. pharmacist won’t allow telehealth after previously allowing it could not give an exact amount of radius as to a provider that’s authorized within the state to be able to prescribe my medication. always an extremely long line in the drive thru.
