I believe the lady I have to deal with at the pharmacy her is named Erin. Her attitude makes my skin crawl. She try’s to intimidate you by staring you down with such an aggressive energy that any normal person would take it as a threat. I don’t usually do things like this but after 5 times at least of having to deal with her disrespect I’m over being quiet. I took a prescription to be filled for a friend that is without a vehicle right now. They were nothing but rude. Couldn't find the insurance and I know for a fact I have gone there before for the same person. Thank goodness I don't take any prescriptions and my dogs meds come from Bernalillo Pharmacy Plus because they are so much cheaper and a lot more pleasant to deal with.

I sat at the drive thru window for over 20 mins. They could have atleast said we will be right with you. I pushed the call button 3 times. Nothing. They talk to each other help people who just walk up. It's just rude and horrible customer service. I know people get busy. But if the drive thru is to much to handle then close it but don't ignore them. 27 minutes I waited till I was even acknowledged.
