The management of this location is poorly managed. When the line gets long the manager pays no attention. When we asked the manager why didn’t he pitch in to help he simply said he is one of many. Is that the appropriate answer? The management does not train their employees which was why the line got long. So I had to yell back to the person at the photo lab if she is open. She tiredly said yes. They must pay at very low wage. I avoid going to this location at all.
first and foremost, I have a disability that today September 16, 2018 I was told by an employee that this particular store will no longer accommodate my disability.
The one stop shop to experience the worst service in the entire country. They wait until there’s 15 people in line to call an extra cashier. Their corporate has an IC3 protocol to avoid it but no one including management there EVER uses it. Literally the most incompetent store I’ve ever been too. I actually had an off duty employee cut in line ahead of me yesterday to buy a bag of Doritos.
Not a good costumer experience. First time a Walgreens did not let a costumer use the bathroom due to "management decision".
Nothing like being called a liar by the pharmacy worker because this pharmacy can't get it's act together.
This might be my only Facebook review, but the service at this Walgreens Pharmacy is so bad that I'm passing the time in my car by giving it a negative rating. Earlier today my entire family came here to get a prescription that had been called in hours earlier. After waiting in the drive through where another car that came after us drove up and got their prescription and left someone finally said that our prescription want done yet. It sucks they never have any help at the pharmacy and it always takes over a hour or more, no mater what time u go at!!! Plus they have people harassing u for money right outside there door. They better get there act together, I already know people that have taken there business else where because of this.
