The pharmacy tech was a joy. Both pharmacist and tech were great! And I was protected from extra STAPLES!!!!!! Best Walgreens ever!!!
I was double charged for an item. I realized it when I got home. I called the store, spoke with manager, Natasha who told me to bring in my receipt and she would refund my money anytime. I went into the store today, spoke with manger on duty, James, who smelled of alcohol, who said he would not refund my money and only give me an in store credit. I said no I wanted my money refunded. I called their 1-800 # and the representative on the phone said she could not override what the manger said and offered me some reward points. ... read more
Sometimes they don’t know what they are doing. Email sometime are not accurate information is not true or show their process is not up to date.
Pharmacy staff is horrible and never has it together. Every time I refill a prescription they never have it in time and when they finally have it they always have issues figuring out my insurance. EVERY TIME. I pay a different price for the same prescription almost every time. Nobody knows what they are doing and they all act like they don't care either. Extremely rude.
