The Wallgreens on 44th St in Kentwood, MI is the worst ever! Today I went to go pick up my prescription at 12:00pm at the drive thru. The person waiting on me does not speak nor understand English very well. When I said I was there to pick up my two scripts she said that only one was ready. She also said that they other one would be ready in 15 mins. Now, they called me at 12:30 via automated phone call and said that they (In my opinion "they" meaning both) were ready for pick up. How in the world does Walgreens stay in business! My friend called Walgreens and put it on speakerphone. The automated recording said thank you for your call there is one caller ahead of you. Then it said the second time thank you for your call there more than three people ahead of you. In my opinion that's not a good way to run a business. People are in dire need of their medication and you put people on hold. If you can't handle the phone calls maybe you need to hire more people.
