It is with great concern that I write this review of Walgreens Pharmacy Heuytown. I must warn the public that this pharmacy is going down a dangerous path and may end up killing someone. The leadership in this pharmacy is uncaring and unprofessional. They are breeding and leading their employees to a very unfortunate end. Despite my belief in giving people grace, I have attempted to use this pharmacy more than once, with disappointing results. Horrible waits every single time. Never had to wait less than 30 minutes MINIMUM always a long wait no matter the amount of customers. Gotten my stuff mixed up before. Given my medicine to someone else before. All around bad experience everytime. 30-1hr and a half wait always.
Just sat on hold with the pharmacy for a total of 15 minutes only to have them hang up on me! After being on hold for 8 & a half minutes someone picked up the phone said nothing & put me right back on hold. Awesomely horrible customer service
they are the slowest pharmacy i have ever seen!!! been in line 15 mins and still haven't moved and there's 3 cars in front of me.
