The last straw for me was when the manager told me it was first come first serve if they were busy in the pharmacy. I used the line pass and they didn't honor it. This might seem small but I've had to tell the whole story 4 times. I even told Walgreens corporate about it all and assured me I wouldn't have to tell it again because it's so traumatic. Awful. Waited on the phone for 20 minute before their phone system hung up on me. Called back, the woman didn't even care, nor apologize. Will NEVER be back. Try some customer service. Horrible horrible!!
