I will start with a positive....The staff is most often times very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. With that said, I am extremely frustrated with the pharmacy department. When the app doesn't work to fill scripts or you need to talk to a pharmacist for any reason, good luck getting anyone on the phone. I have been on hold for 45 plus minutes once and other times I have just hung up from waiting too long. Worst place ever! Waited 15 mins on the phone and over 15 mins In line! I will never get medicine from here ever again!
The pharm tech, Stephanie, that gave my son his flu shot was the BEST!! So patient!!
