Worst customer service I have ever had by far. The pharmacist was rude and unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone. It took me three days of trying to get an antibiotic, before I transferred the medication to another pharmacy that had it ready in 30 minutes. They refused to run my insurance (BCBS), saying: “the medication is only 18 dollars, why can’t you just pay it” This was my first encounter with Walgreens and I can assure you it’s also my last.

this is the worst Walgreens when filling prescriptions. today will be my last visit. I fill 2 prescriptions a month and its a nightmare. you cant go inside and drop off without waiting in line 20 minutes to hand it to someone..then you wait an hour for it to be filled, wait another 30 minutes in line to pay. every single month they text me saying theres an insurance problem. Waiting inside to pick up a medication for my daughter and have been here for a full hour. The techs are doing their best, but are short staffed due to recent cuts. This is absolutely ridiculous. Walgreens corporate or whoever needs to do something about this. This particular walgreens is always packed and has customers almost all the time. There’s no reason they should be short staffed. This needs to be fixed or they will lose my business along with many other’s. Also, I’m still waiting.
New staff don't care bring the old staff
My child is sick today and we recieved a call saying the RX is delayed at 11:30am so I waited, let her nap... whatever so we leave the house at 3pm to come check on it, the tech tells me the RX can't be made today then the pharmacist says it should already be made long story short its 6:05pm and im still here waiting on the RX...
