I placed a photo order, and your store decided not to print it... and not even bother calling to tell me. Superb customer service. Apparently your machine is broken and instead of being honest with customers, you continue to take our money and waste our time NOT delivering products. I tried speaking with a manager and none are available for 2 days. No wonder your employees do whatever they want, there is no supervision!
