I changed my pharmacy years ago to CVS. Tonight I was reminded why I did that! I needed a Rx and my doctor called it in to Walgreens (only because they are near to my house and still open) I walked out of Walgreens without my Rx tonight. They said my ins card wasn’t enough they needed a Rx card too. I explained I didn’t know what she was talking about and she looked at me saying the same thing over and over. When they are good, they are wonderful. When they are bad they are horrid. I often think the confusion comes from the students that intern there. Love that they are open 24 hours.
I have lived in Nova Village dr since 2001. When I needed medication or even other products, I always bought in the Walgreens. It is close do my house, employee was generally nice. Tonight, I encountered with a manager, Latricia, or a name close to it, that made me change my account from Walgreens to Walmart forever. She was extremely rude not only with me, but also with an old lady that deserve anyone's respect.
