Way past time to find a new pharmacy. How can there be so much drama every.single.time.?! Can’t find, wrong billing, missing meds. Ugh. A full year & it’s always something. No more. Moving on.
This has happened to me twice now at this store. I selected a bottle of the Walgreens version of NyQuil off the shelf. At the register a screen popped up wanting my identification, drivers license number, and several other items of personal information. I’m sure they wanted my first born male child as well! Since when is NyQuil a controlled substance? If it is, why is stocked on the shelves outside of the pharmacy? Clearly in violation of state law and subject to a hefty fine.
