Ever since my insurance made Walgreens my only option their service went to the dogs. I have to wait days for prescriptions at times and they are rude as hell. The pharmacist once refused to fill my script on a friday, from my "oncologist" [ cancer pain med} saying the medicine could kill me. he was wrong but I suffered and I was left in pain all weekend because the doctor was gone for the weekend. I brought my husbands prescription for his pain medication to the Walgreens in Holiday this past Saturday & it is now Monday & they still haven’t filled it. He is recovering from surgery & is in excruciating pain. I received an automated message saying it is delayed & if we need more information from you or the doctor we will call you. We are still waiting & haven’t heard anything! Unfortunately Walgreens is my husbands Medicare part D preferred pharmacy so we are stuck waiting until the pharmacist decides to fill it.
The blatant disrespect given out at this store in the pharmacy is disgusting. I have never been treated so badly by people in the customer service industry in my life. These folks at the pharmacy act like you are interrupting their lives, and during an evacuation it's 20 times worse. Next month I WILL be transferring all my scripts to a different pharmacy, one not affiliated with Walgreens sorry CVS, this means you too! The pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. Nothing but problems every single time I go in there.
If you like getting the royal runaround ... you'll love this bunch o' piss-ant pharmahacks... Just had my scripts from here and the last p.o.s. pharmacy I used, transferred to CVS. Maybe my experience will improve.... we'll see...
I send all my pictures on line with them, it is so easy. The only thing is I wish they had a card maker in their store.
